Join PressHERO—an agency focused on quality link acquisition—and own the end-to-end delivery of link orders for our clients. You’ll sit in the middle of our site researcher → editor → outreach pipeline, keep the work moving, and keep clients updated.
Part-time, async, with a weekly call and some overlap with Western European mornings/early afternoons.
About the role
You’ll be the traffic controller for link orders. A client shares requirements → you translate them into clear tasks → you coordinate the site shortlist, content, approvals, and outreach until links go live. You’ll work inside Airtable (tracking), Slack (team comms), Notion (outreach notes/docs), our internal inventory & channel picker, and a few marketplaces to place orders when needed.
This is not a prospecting or writing role. It’s a delivery-focused PM position for someone who loves details, structure, and closing loops.
What you’ll do
- Own the pipeline for each order from request to live link.
- Turn client requirements into clear tasks for:
- Site Researcher (project-level shortlist from our inventory & sources)
- Editor (briefs, drafts, revisions)
- Outreach (contact, follow-ups, publication)
- Keep the source of truth up to date in Airtable: status, owners, dates, live URLs.
- Coordinate client approvals (sites and content) and keep everyone in sync.
- Unblock and escalate: if outreach stalls, switch to an alternative site/vendor and keep the order moving.
- Place occasional orders in marketplaces and select the best channel via our internal tool.
- Send concise status updates and weekly summaries.
- Join a weekly call; work async the rest of the time.
What you’ll own (scorecard)
- Links published per week (throughput)
- Average turnaround time from request → live (speed)
- Data hygiene in Airtable (accuracy, completeness)
- Client comms quality (clear, timely updates)
Must-have
- Project/operations delivery experience coordinating multiple contributors.
- Strong organization & follow-through (you notice stalls before they become problems).
- Attention to detail (requirements, anchors, link type, live URL checks).
- Clear written communication in English (client + internal).
- Comfortable with Airtable/Sheets, Slack, Notion, and web dashboards.
- Able to work mostly async with a weekly call and 2–3 hours overlap with Western European mornings/early afternoons.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in SEO/link building/content marketing.
- Agency or vendor-coordination background.
- Light familiarity with KPIs and simple process improvements.
What We Offer
- Flexible hours and remote-first workflow.
- Part-time role with stable scope and clear success metrics.
- Friendly, low-ego team, documented SOPs, and room to improve processes.

How to apply (and what to expect)
Please complete the short application form and mini-tests. We’re assessing how you think and organize work—not perfect prose.
Stage 1 — Application (20–30 minutes total)
In the Skills section you’ll complete four quick exercises tied to one scenario:
- Turn a client request (video) into tasks
List the key tasks, owners, and sequence. - Record a 2–3 minute Loom
Explain how you’d organize your first day after receiving 10 new orders. - Spot delays in a “tracking sheet”
Review a screenshot, flag what’s stuck today, and state the next concrete action. - Short written communication
Write a brief client update + an internal Slack message prioritizing outreach work.
We ask that you complete these yourself without AI tools; we’re looking for your judgment and structure.
Stage 2 — Interview (30–45 minutes)
Walk through your approach, discuss scenarios, and align on working style and availability.
